The presented policy document was created by the non-governmental organization “Article 42 of the Constitution” in cooperation with Georgian Trade Unions Confederation (GTUC) within the framework of the project “Promotion of Gender Equality in Employment.” This research was carried out with the generous support of the American people and funding of the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID).
