Publication: 'Report to the Committee of Experts on the Application of Conventions and Recommendations (CEACR)' All Publications

Non-governmental organization Article 42 of the Constitution and the Georgian Trade Unions’ Confederation, submitted report to the Committee of Experts on the Application of Conventions and Recommendations (CEACR) under International Labour Organisation (ILO) in February 2014.

Report aims to inform ILO on ongoing Labour Rights situation in Georgia, particularly on the implementation of ILO Conventions: #100 on Equal Remuneration and #111 on Discrimination (Employment and Occupation) Convention.

This report has been drafted in the framework of the project "Promoting Gender Equality in Employment" with the generous support of USAID.
