News: 'Meeting with the Representatives of the Personal Data Protection Inspector' All News

On 2 August, at 15:00, the lawyers of the organization “Article 42 of the Constitution” met with the representatives of the Office of the Personal Data Protection Inspector.

During the meeting, the lawyers have presented to the Inspector’s representatives the policy document on gender equality at workplace. The above document includes the principle of equality in employment, improved employment practice and the flexible working hours.

It should be noted that the Office of the Personal Data Protection Inspector has a specifically good condition in terms of gender equality. The further cooperation was planned at the meeting.

The meeting was held in the framework of the project “Promoting Gender Equality in Employment.” The objective of the project is to promote gender equality on every level of labor relations with the direct participation of the policy-makers, NGOs, employers and the employees.
